PRELAQ® RWS
APPLICATION
Prelaq RWS with double-sided paint coat is intended specifically for products for roof drainage, such as gutters, downpipes and fittings, in addition to being suitable for normal environments, Prelaq RWS can also be used in industrial and marine environments.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Prelaq RWS has a coating with a total thickness of 35 µm on each side. The top coat contains polymer grains that make the surface scratch resistant. The thickness of the paint has been optimized for wear resistance, weather resistance and consumption of resources. The coating has excellent gloss retention and colour fastness, and also provides good protection against corrosion. The coating has an excellent flexibility and the sheet steel can be formed to various products without damages to the coating.
BASE MATERIAL
Prelaq RWS is supplied on hot-dip galvanized sheet to EN 10346 with zinc weight class Z275. For gutters and pipes and special components various steel grades are used.
