Sandvik 29.8.2.LR
Sandvik 29.8.2.LR is a covered electrode with rutile-basic coating and about 105% metal recovery for welding of super-duplex (ferritic-austenitic) stainless steels of UNS S32906 type (e.g. Sandvik SAF 2906).
The weld metal has especially good properties under severely corrosive conditions. Examples of properties are:

- Good pitting resistance
- High resistance to general corrosion
- High mechanical strength combined with good ductility
