Cadi Group A Class 1 C16200
Cadmium addition to copper increases hardness and resistance to softening. C16200 is utilized in numerous applications where fatigue strength and high electrical conductivity are required. Cadmium Copper is also specified for spot welding aluminum; the high thermal conductivity helps to prevent electrode sticking on these soft, conductive materials. Note: Cadmium has been replaced by C15000 for all RWMA applications.
