Tenaris HB 355
Tenaris produces HB 355 AR and HB 355 N grades in CMn steel for applications that don't require a particularly high yield strength. Tenaris guarantees optimum Impact test values after normalisation, due to the high content of soluble aluminium.
These products can be supplied in"as rolled" (AR) or normalized (N) conditions. The specific inclusional range designed by Tenaris guarantees an excellent chip formation of the material notwithstanding its non-excessive hardness. Particularly important are the high cutting speeds that can be used.
