Alloy A is used for arc welding various dissimilar combinations of austenitic and ferritic steels and high nickel alloys. For example; when welding Inconel and Incoloy type alloys to carbon steel, stainless steel, Nickel 200, Monel type alloys and nickel alloys, it is the product of choice. Alloy A is used to weld Monel type alloys, Nickel 200 and carbon steel to stainless steels. Alloy A is recommended for welding Incoloy type alloy 800 and 9% nickel steel to themselves.
