Aluchrom YHf is an aluminum-containing ferritic chromium steel alloyed with yttrium and hafnium. Due to the high contents of aluminum and chromium in combination with yttrium and hafnium the alloy possesses good high temperature stability.

Aluchrom YHf is characterized by:

excellent oxidation resistance under isothermal and cyclic conditions

good high-temperature strength
